FAQ

WHAT ARE YOUR COVID RULES?

Please reschedule your visit if you’re unwell with Covid or flu-like symptoms to keep you, our staff, and our community safe. We’re fortunate to be outdoors in the fresh air, but during peak teams it’s difficult to maintain proper social distancing.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

2 action-packed hours of exploring and playing in the forest trees. You can jump, play and slide in the nets to your heart’s content.

ARE THERE ENTRY FEES?

Yes, entry fees range from $15-$25. We offer discounts for groups and families. Learn more >

DO I NEED TO BOOK?

We recommend you book a time to avoid disappointment, especially during school holidays. There are a limited number of participants allowed during each timeslot. Book now >

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Wear anything you’d wear to play or exercise outside. Loose clothing could get caught in the nets.

You must have fully flat, enclosed shoes. There are shoes for hire if needed.

Jewellery (earrings, necklaces, watches, rings)  could get caught in the nets so it’s best to leave them at home.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

Light rain is refreshing and a great way to experience the forest. The park will be closed if there’s heavy rain, lightning or strong wind.

IS THERE CARAVAN PARKING?

We do have parking for buses and caravans near the front gate.

DO I HAVE TO CLIMB WITH MY KIDS?

The supervision rules ares:

  • Infants (ages 1-3): 1 participating adult to 2 infants
  • Children (ages 4-12): 1 participating adult to 15 children
  • Juniors (ages 13-16): 1 adult to 15 juniors (the adult supervisor can stay on the ground)

WHAT IF MY KIDS ARE IN TWO AGE GROUPS?

All ages can explore together. There’s only one way in and out, and younger kids will want to stay in the green or blue rooms. The red rooms are more active and challenging. The rooms are not far apart, so supervisors can see across to different rooms.

DO I NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER AND ATTEND TRAINING?

Yes, you’ll need to sign a waiver but don’t need special training. You can read and sign the waiver before you come to the park, and we’ll tell you the safety rules upon check in.

WHERE CAN I PUT MY BELONGINGS?

We’re happy to hold onto car keys at the front desk.

Lockers are unavailable, and we can’t be responsible for theft, so it’s best to leave valuables at home.

ARE THERE ANY HEIGHT OR WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS?

The only restriction is 120kg max.

WHAT IF I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION OR AM PREGNANT?

Please do not participate if you’re pregnant or have a medical condition. This is included in our terms and conditions.

WHAT’S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled booking date will receive a full refund (less a $5 admin fee).

In the event of a cancellation by WildNets Adventures, you’ll be entitled to a full refund or have the option to reschedule.

We’re a most weather activitiy but will close during heavy rain, electrical storms and high winds. Closing the park is at the discretion of WildNets Adventure.
